Hi Dave

Had half the helper staff at Home Depot looking for washers to no avail, I'm still looking.
They appear to be stamped from a belting material of black rubber with a single layer of cloth in the middle.

Good Shooting

That doesn't describe any Hycar washer that I have seen.    In the attached pictures, the black one is what I have seen on every Star Lubesizer I have taken apart.   The white one which appears to by Nylon is what Magma Engineering sells now.

Come to think of it I may have seen a leather washer on an ancient Star Lubesizer.

Hi Bruse

The black washer in the upper picure is same as the depot find.

Hi Bruce
Take a look at the edge of Your Hycar washer with about twenty power magnification, I'm sure You will find a cloth material there like You find in Belting, All that I've delt wth Have this.

I have six star lubrisizers and have never even used one.  Intended to one day cast bullets but still buying those jacketed bullets to load.  Just acquired two of them in the last two weeks all the old time reloaders are dying off and don’t want the things to get discarded.  I also have ten star reloaders which I have collected over the years. 9 mm, 10 mm , 40 s&w 38 super, 38 special, 45 ACP, 44 magnum   Will be one heck of a yard sale when I kick the bucket. Lol.
