Title: 1/2 inch powder bushings

I have the 1/2 bushing system on both of my Star presses,and I have been trying to find an off the press powder measure that uses these bushings.Hornady said they stopped making the powder BARS that utilized the bushings but I don't think they understood my question.Something like the rcbs pistol measure I was hoping for.It would make life a little easier setting up a custom powder charge when reaming a bushing or when verifying how much of what a given bushing will throw.Any ideas.

just went to hornady web. what your looking for is the bushings for the pistol powder measure. they still sell em. ive used the same system for (i dont want to say how many yrs. grin.)...bob

I finally obtained an early Pacific powder measure that uses the Hornady(Pacific)bushings.

I also use the Pacific Bushings in my Star. Attached is a PDF of the equivalent VMD (Volume Measured Density) that Lee loader use to calculate bushings. I also have it in an Excel spreadsheet if anyone is interested.
