One of mine is stamped "CHPD".... clearly a police department, but it came from the upper midwest so I have no idea.

I believe that you will find CHPD is the abbreviation for the California Highway Patrol.

 I have both star and phelps heads. .45 ACP dies and shell plate as well as shell plate and dies that are Phelps
in 45 ACP. I am open for discussion if there is interest.

I for one will fly to the side of Mr.Kimball and thank him for all that he offers this forum. I know the difference but maybe all the others here might not and I thank him for his knowledge. I have ask for his knowledge more than once and he is as willing to give as I am to receive. I find him to be a admireable man and thank him.

Thanks for your offfer. However, I feel the postage would be refunded also. You stated in the orginal offer that the .223 shell plate you were offering for sale fit 9mm, also. It does not.
What does fit that plate is .380.
I am returning the plate and a few 9mm cases so that you might see for your self. Please consider doing the right thing by refunding my purchase price and postage ($11.80-to and from) as the product was not as stated. I appreciate your efforts at trying to help.
