Stars Want to Sell/Want to Buy / Powder Drain/Shutoff
« on: March 07, 2015, 08:55:52 pm »
Reloader Forum;
Time to update previuos ad. Due to space usage, will be brief.

It replaces top half powder housing. Once in place there no further modification to loader.
, there is a cross slide.when in place to load it sits directly on brass powder slide.
When extended outward it move powder to drain position directly over down tube.Tube at this time is blocked by expandable plug. At this time there is no powder other than charge in bar ready to drop into last case to be loaded.

$55.00 +$3.25 s/h     Additional info will be available upon request at mlewis at sti dot net 559-683-5354

Regards to all     maurilew   aka "Ma"

Star Reloaders / Re: Brass "Y" powder dump

Very nice unit.
However, there appears to be an area mentioned in ad,on ebay, about left over powder having to be taken care of after reloading stops. A total seperate function in its self, using another case, and another pull on handle
Is there any estimate of how much powder is left in the brass tube. Will one case hold it all?

My nickles worth,,,,
When a person buys a unit for a set price on the forum then later sells same on ebay for an 86% markup, there is a question about charactor trait.

Either one heck of a salesman, or one who would take any opportunity to shaft the unsusspecting. The decision is up to the individuals involved.

A part should be clearly and accurately listed.

I have made my decision

I,ve made mine

Certainly have been numerous comlpaints about Bill Cunningham on the forum.Someday l would like to meet a person who by making any attempt, however so slight, raises so much ire. Guess some just sit back and rest on their laurels of their past, bad mouth someone who steps up and attempts to do what he has called for years.

All you fellas who are trying to keep the Stars from becoming extinct, no matter how small,KEEP IT UP !!!!!!!!

not too sharp on elecricity. but electricity has to hve a path to follow, a conductor. if there is no continuity to grd the current has no place to go. so it would not spark/arc at point of contact with press. however assuming press is mounted on a non-conductive suface. oh hell,, just shot down my first academic oratory for today.
