Custom Potter Engineering Die
« on: August 22, 2011, 12:22:27 pm »
This isn't a "Star" related comment, but I wanted to let the members here know about a sizing die and shellplate that fc60 made for me recently.  It was a reproduction of a Potter Engineering die and plate in 41 magnum.  I had purchased a Potter 41 seater die, but needed the sizer and shellplate. His reproductions were nearly identical to the originals, but I believe superior in quality.  I am proud to own it, and would highly recommend Dave for this kind of custom die work.  He was great to work with, communicated regularly, and certainly a knowledgeable machinist.

Thank you Dave.  I'm keeping your e-mail address on "speed dial" if you don't mind.

Jon.

I can get a picture of the shellpate, but I don't know how to upload it on this forum.  I can e-mail the pics to someone if they will upload it for me.
